Ok wifey – whether you pray aloud for your husband with him, or in private, the simple act of intentionally speaking to God about your husband and your marriage, will have surprising effects in your life. My advice to you, if you have any resentment or negative feelings for your husband, is to start off each of these prayers with something like this:
“Dear Father, I come to you, your daughter, an imperfect sinner, asking for your guidance and blessings. I need your help today. I am feeling angry/resentful/irritate/etc with my husband, but you know my true heart. You see all thing clearly, and you know that despite my feelings in this moment, I love and cherish him, and I want the best for him. I ask you to help cleanse my mind and heart of any negativity around my husband and our relationship.
